Meet Our Team

David was an independent adjuster for 25 years, including starting and operating Advance Claims Service Ltd. for 11 years prior to selling it to a national firm. During his adjusting career, David handled all manner of property claims from small, intricate matters to commercial fires. His experience provides a unique perspective and he understands well the expectations of an adjuster and how to make their claims run smoothly.

Through owning businesses and formal education, David has strong management and operational skills that provide a stable and progressive operation. To augment his adjusting and business experience, David has secured formal training in the area of restoration.

David has served as instructor for the Insurance Institute of BC and highly values education. He brings a desire to run a first-in-class continuing education program.

After moving to Canada in 1996, Marcia began her career in the insurance industry as an insurance agent. Marcia later worked as the Operations Manager for a local plumbing company, until moving to the position of Project Manager for a homebuilder. Marcia joined the restoration industry in 2013 as the Content and Cleaning Manager with a national firm. She was responsible for the daily operations and development of the department.
